This workshop provides a basic overview of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO), discusses ten options landlords may use to adjust rents legally under the RSO, and reviews changes to local and state law in effect as of January 2013 that affect both landlords and tenants. This workshop is also for anyone contemplating buying or selling rental property in the City of Los Angeles, prospective tenants, banks, lenders, trustees, servicing companies, and listing agents.
The workshops will be presented by the Housing Department’s Rent Stabilization Division.
