See the attached renderings. You’ll find that there are no big surprises, only enhanced features. For instance, you’ll see that the entrance/exits nearest the intersection of Venice/San Vicente, to both the 2nd & 3rd floor parking deck is now in detail. These weren’t necessarily the case a few months back. We knew there would be an entrance/exit, along with a ramp to the 3rd floor deck, but none of it was detailed in previous renderings. You’ll also find enhanced “elevation” drawings which now include landscaping, better building facade details, etc.I believe there is nothing to vote on, as the new drawings only give us a better idea of what was previous agreed/approved. Should you have questions or concerns (related to the drawings, plan details,etc.—NO TENANT INFORMATION beyond Lowe’s), please let me know and I will try to address them as Chair of the PLUM Committee.
