December 4th Foreclosure Fair

Dear Partners and Friends,

On behalf of

Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services and the LA County NeighborWorks Center for Foreclosure Solutions,  I am writing to invite you to participate at our last Foreclosure Fair of the year, scheduled for December 4, 2010. We are back at the Tabernacle in Inglewood with over 2000 capacity and free parking for you and the families we will serve that day (we will provide a light breakfast and lunch for everyone). We would like to be able reach families in the mid LA County area before the holidays and connect them with a counselor and/or their servicer.

I have attached the post card we are using in our outreach. We have printed 5000 cards and we will be happy to share them with you if you would put them out in your front office. We are also asking if you would help us get in touch with your network to get the word out. Please let me know who you think would be a good contact for us to reach out to, i.e. churches, unions, employers for example.

We hope you will participate with one of the following:
  • Resource table
  • NFMC Legal Counseling
  • Outreach (distribution of post card, link on website, e-blast, announcements, network contacts)
  • Volunteers

So far we have the following servicers confirmed:
  • Bank of America
  • Chase
  • Citi Mortgage
  • US Bank
  • HSBC
We are talking to:
  • American Home Mortgage Finance
  • Saxon
  • Litton
  • PNC
We have also invited:
  • GMAC
  • Wells Fargo/Wachovia
  • Carrington
  • Ocwen
  • OneWest

We hope you will be able to join us and I am looking forward to talking to you soon.
